Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Abu Simbel to visit the superb temples of Ramses II & his beautiful wife Nefetari. Try to assimilate the fact that the Temples of Ramses II and his Queen Nefertari were once 30 meters down the bank of Lake Nasser, and indeed being flooded by the building of the high dam. Fly back to Aswan.
