The MAMA NENA charming hotel in the Old Town of Chania.   It is a small, family-run boutique hotel and is open all year round.  It is located at the waterfront of the harbour and has both a front view and a back view: the lighthouse and the sea to the north and the picturesque narrow streets of the Old Town against the backdrop of the beautiful White Mountains to the south.

The 15th century 4-storey house used to be our mother’s home (Nena is her name).  The building has been fully restored.  The modern and minimalist surroundings recapture the atmosphere of the town house at the beginning of the 20th century.  Each room and suite has its own individual décor with an unobstructed view to the lighthouse and the sea.

Uniquely decorated with modern touches alongside family heirlooms, the hotel also features a beautiful breakfast room with jams made by Nena herself, creamy Greek yoghurt, and other local delicacies to start off your day.
